Guided Meditation – Peace of Mind & Relaxation

I just published a 10-minute guided meditation for peace of mind and relaxation to my youtube channel. You can check it out below.

When I ask you to set your intention and I ask…”Why have you chosen to sit?”, this is completely individualized. It may be that you want to bring more peace to your life, or perhaps it’s to find more clarity of thought, or to cultivate relaxation of your mind and body. For some, as it is for me, it may be to have direct contact with God.

The point being, you language it in a way that speaks to you.
